Our CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position is the most important position at our hospital! Actually, each position at our hospital is the most important.  However, our CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES are truly at the front and center of all that we do.  They begin our relationship with our clients, the pet owner, over the phone, they establish our hospital image as our clients arrive at our hospital.  They develop our client's bond with our hospital through their compassion and interest in both the client and their pet.  They establish medical histories, prepare vaccines, and obtain patient temperatures and weights. (they really become involved with animal handling)  They prepare prescriptions.  They prepare client invoices, explain credit policies and receive funds for services.

But, this is not all!  The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE also functions as an office administrator.  This position will assist in solving equipment issues, communicate on business and administrative matters, and serve as a team member and leader on a number of educational, business and client issues.

As a member of the FRONT OFFICE team, this position will share in duties such as office inventory maintenence, vaccine reminders, accounts receivable, client handouts, monthly reports, and development of staff meeting topics.

Our hospital has a veterinary specific computer program.  We wish to find a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE who enjoys the fantasy world of computers.  Our hospital team would be strengthened by a staff member who can advance our use of WORD, can utilize simple data base programs, and enjoys interacting with our software support service.

2007 is a year with tremendously exciting potential for great medicine, advances in equipment, and service for our community.  We want to find a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE who has a great attitude who will help us achieve all we possibly can!
