Congratulations on the new addition to your family! We at Heritage Veterinary Hospital want to help your new puppy get off to a great start. Our puppy wellness program includes a thorough physical exam, intestinal parasite screens, vaccines, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Our Doctors and staff will discuss important information to help educate you and your family about your new puppy. Below is an outline of our puppy care program. First visit at 8-11 weeks of age

• Complete physical exam
• Vaccines
• Intestinal parasite screen
• First dose of de-worm medication
• Nail Trim
• First application of flea and tick prevention
• Puppy care information packet

Second visit at 12-15 weeks of age

• Complete physical exam
• Vaccines
• Nail Trim
• Teeth Cleaning Demo with Technician
• Start heart-worm prevention

Third visit at 16-18 weeks of age

• Complete physical exam
• Vaccines
• Intestinal parasite screen
• Nail Trim
• Discuss spay/neuter surgery

Deluxe Package includes Fourth visit at 6 months of age

• Spay/Neuter, with Pre-Anesthetic Blood work
